About the Author

Hello! My name is Rachel Marynowski. I am an author, mom, wife, and licensed Naturopathic Physician specializing in integrative healthcare for women.

From a young age, I always loved art and children. The idea for Mr. Sudsy-Wudsy was sparked years ago, as I searched for a creative outlet to cope with the stress of being a 4th year medical student. I wanted to do something fun for kids that would also coincide with my future life in healthcare, and the story popped right into my head. I printed the words on copy paper, drew illustrations by hand, and used colored pencils to fill them in. Simple but fun, and Mr. Sudsy-Wudsy Soapy-Boapy was born!

I thought to myself: washing hands is such a simple way to prevent illness, and if we can make it fun for children, we’ll give them a lifelong wellness habit. Through empowering our kiddos to make daily healthy living decisions, we give them the tools to live a life of optimal health.
