How Should You Wash Your Hands?

Follow these steps each time:

• Wet hands with clean water
• Apply soap and rub hands together
• Lather well with soap, to make your hands nice and bubbly
• Remember to lather the back of your hands, palms, in between your fingers, under your fingernails and even the tops of your wrists
• Scrub for at least 20 seconds or long enough to sing “the happy birthday” song
• Rinse well using clean water
• Dry with a clean towel
